Description

This position exists to coordinate, administer and track completed carrier inspections, audits, and investigations in preparation for, at minimum, quarterly and annual summaries to office leadership. This position supports the passenger inspection programs by coordinating with carriers and providers to ensure the timely completion of annual vehicle inspections and audits.

Additionally, this position acts as the primary section complaints coordinator for the office to assign and track complaints to meet MN statutory requirements of the office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1-year professional experience in the bullets noted below,

OR

2 years para-professional experience in the bullets noted below,

OR

2 years of advanced clerical (61L and higher) experience in the bullets noted below:

Qualitative and quantitative analysis sufficient to evaluate program information and reports, diagnose problems and research alternative methods of service,

Principles, practices and methods of data collection, research, and analysis sufficient to assist with business management and/or measurement of operational effectiveness,

Knowledge of software applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneNote), Survey Monkey, Adobe Forms Central, Adobe Acrobat XI Pro,

Create and track project and program schedules and outcome,

Database and data management concepts sufficient to maintain, update and revise information databases and create spreadsheets to compile and report on relevant data.

NOTE: a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management/Administration or similar field substitutes for 1 year experience
