In this position, you will provide technical assistance and professional support in administering state and federal grant-in-aid programs to public airports statewide so that a safe and viable air transportation system can be developed, maintained, operated, and promulgated. This includes administering aspects of state and federal grant requests and supporting engineering staff. This position will have the option to telework .

One year of professional experience OR two years of technical experience OR two years of advanced clerical experience in administrating grant activities. Experience must include:

Experience reviewing and monitoring grant requests for compliance and completeness.

Experience applying accounting practices and principles when reconciling and auditing information.

Experience preparing and analyzing financial data for reporting purposes.

A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance may substitute for one year of professional experience.
