Marketing Specialist
Up to $61,596 annually
St. Paul, MN

Serve as the Marketing Specialist in the Office of Civil Rights, supporting the leadership team by advising on communications and marketing best practices. Prepare marketing and communication materials (brochures, recruitment handouts, event announcements, website updates, social media posts, GovDelivery announcements, etc.) for the office's business units to deliver a comprehensive and consistent message to internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with office staff and the Office of Communications to produce clear and concise materials that meet communication guidelines established by MnDOT and the State of Minnesota.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
One year of professional experience that demonstrates the following:

(NOTE: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications or a closely related field substitutes for one year of professional experience.)
•Experience writing and editing a variety of communications materials;
•Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint;
•Experience managing website content.
