Department Overview
The continuum of mental health services at Children's Minnesota spans ambulatory, intensive outpatient, and inpatient levels of care. It includes the departments of Psychological Services, Psychiatry, the Neurodevelopmental Program, the Center for the Treatment of Eating Disorders (CTED), Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and the inpatient mental health unit opening later in 2022. Representing over 23,000 visits annually in outpatient services, the mental health continuum is rapidly expanding to include more service offerings.

Position Summary
Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring nursing expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. Direct supervision of 30 FTEs or 10-30 FTEs across 3 locations. Will support a region of clinics or a specialty(ies) requiring regular travel several days each week to sites in the Metro area. This is a working supervisor role with 10-30% clinical care.
This role will support clinical care delivery in outpatient mental health services and across our Partial Hospitalization Programs. Sites include Children's Minneapolis hospital-based clinics, Children's St. Paul hospital-based clinics, and Children's Lakeville.

* BSN, RN. MN Nursing License
* 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience
* BLS Certification

* Pediatrics, ambulatory care setting
* Specialty experience, where applicable
