Position Summary
The Supervisor, Sterile Processing assists the manager in the daily operations of the Sterile Processing department. This position involves personnel management as well as technical skills in decontamination, surgical instrumentation, tray assembly, and case carts.
CBSPD or IASHCSMM CRCST certification (current or within a year of hire). High School graduate. One-year experience in one or more of the following: CS/SP or Sterile Processing Technician, certified scrub technician. Customer service and personal skills. Technical skills in case carts, surgical instruments, sterilization, tray assembly. Basic Word, Excel, and Power-Point.

When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
