The purpose of your role as a Maintenance Planner
The Maintenance Planner provides administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The Planner will perform maintenance planning and scheduling activities for HVAC and electrical facility maintenance teams. This position is an integral link between building occupants/customers and maintenance staff/management - communication and customer focus are keys to success.
Maintenance System:
Utilizes Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to schedule preventive and corrective work to maintenance staff, manage work orders, track job status, and allocate technicians.Ensure data within CMMS is accurate and current. Schedule PM's to site mechanics using CMMS.Provide CMMS support & training to maintenance team.Assist Operations Manager with developing CMMS means/methods.
Maintenance Coordination:
Update equipment records, job plans, schedules. Assist with coordinating maintenance that require business shutdowns.Procure maintenance materials from vendors/suppliers.
Reporting:
Generate maintenance reports as needed.Review and archive vendor reports.
What we're looking for in you
High school diploma required.3-5+ years of facilities/maintenance experience, with solid knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Structural, etc.).Proficiency with CMMS or similar databases.Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tasks independently, and take initiative.

Pay Range: $29.61 - $44.42 per hour
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
